Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Evehikl, we strive to provide a seamless experience for booking and purchasing electric scooters, bikes, and pre-owned vehicles. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and other relevant matters. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Booking Fee
  • When booking a scooter or bike through Evehikl, a non-refundable booking fee is required.
  • The booking fee will be applied toward the final purchase price of the vehicle.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If you choose to cancel your booking before scheduling a test ride, the booking fee is non-refundable.
    • Once a test ride has been scheduled, cancellations will not entitle you to any refund of the booking fee.
  • Evehikl-Initiated Cancellations:
    • If, for any reason, Evehikl is unable to provide the test ride or complete the sale, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ₹5000 booking fee.
3. Refund Policy
  • Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
    • The booking fee is non-refundable except under circumstances where Evehikl cannot fulfill the test ride or sale.
  • Pre-Owned Scooters:
    • Pre-owned scooters are sold "as-is," and no refunds will be issued once the sale is completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle during the test ride.
  • New Scooters/Bikes:
    • Once the vehicle is delivered and the full payment has been made, refunds are not available, except in the case of significant defects that were undisclosed prior to purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling Test Rides
  • If you need to reschedule a test ride, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
5. Changes to Vehicle Availability
  • All vehicle bookings are subject to availability. If the selected vehicle is unavailable after the booking is made, Evehikl will offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund of the booking fee.
6. Exclusions
  • Refunds will not be provided for any additional services such as registration, insurance, or customization of vehicles, once these services have been processed.
